Can AI agents automate Eplan Electric P8?

Eplan Electric P8 is automatable today through a first-party .NET API that creates add-ins, scripts, and offline applications against a licensed Eplan installation. The current API help documents both .NET Framework 4.8.1 assemblies and a parallel .NET 8 surface from version 2027. Callers can create, edit, and delete projects, pages, macros, and functions, navigate the data model, and run documented actions such as export, import, reports, and project management. Remoting uses gRPC to execute actions against a running P8 instance after remote access is enabled. A maintained command line starts P8 invisibly with /Auto and /Quiet and runs one action per invocation. This is a deep, documented path, but it is Windows-bound, license-gated, and version-coupled to the installed platform binaries. No first-party MCP, named low-code connector, or computer-use result was established.
