Can AI agents automate MuleSoft Anypoint Platform?

Connected Apps issue OAuth 2.0 tokens at POST https://anypoint.mulesoft.com/accounts/api/v2/oauth2/token. Client credentials cover machine-to-machine work; authorization code covers user-context apps, with optional refresh and offline_access. The API Manager API creates, deploys, applies policies to, and deletes API instances at /apimanager/api/v1/organizations/{org}/environments/{env}/apis. Anypoint CLI 4.x installs as npm package anypoint-cli-v4-public, runs only in batch mode, and includes an API Manager plugin plus CloudHub, Exchange, Runtime Manager, Design Center, governance, secrets, and Agent Fabric plugins. MFA-era docs tell operators to use Connected Apps rather than username and password. First-party MCP is MuleSoft Platform MCP Server at regional https://omni.mulesoft.com/mcp (Authorization Code plus Refresh, Full Access and Background scopes, no dynamic client registration) and MuleSoft DX MCP Server (npm mulesoft-mcp-server, client credentials).
