Can AI agents automate Microsoft Power Apps?

Microsoft Power Apps is automatable today through Power Platform REST and Power Platform CLI. This record is the canvas and model-driven maker studio. It is not Microsoft Dataverse, not Power Automate, and not Dynamics 365 apps as standalone products.
