Can AI agents automate VIGO?

VIGO is the national Norwegian county admissions and upper-secondary follow-up system, not Visma InSchool, Visma Flyt Skole, IST Everyday, or Sikt FS. Novari IKS procures and stewards it for the counties; IST develops and operates the live applications. The live product remains in use for school year 2026/2027.
