Can AI agents automate EG Vigilo?

EG Vigilo is automatable today through OnEdHub, EG's partner-gated data-exchange layer, not through a Zapier-style connector. OnEdHub documents four read-mostly APIs: the Vigilo Core REST API for persons, students, employees and schedules; OneRoster Norwegian Profile rostering; OneRoster Gradebook 1.2 for assignments and results; and OneRoster Absence 1.0. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 client credentials. Dev, staging and production exist, but environment access depends on an agreement with Vigilo AS. Gradebook is GET-only. Some Core properties accept asynchronous PATCH. Integrators are told to mirror data locally and absorb a daily full re-pull; dateLastModified is not a reliable long-window delta. EG's product page presents Vigilo as one OAS for kindergarten, school and SFO/AKS, and states 60 municipalities, 600,000 parents and 40 percent of Norwegian pupils as vendor copy. The functions page lists packaged connections such as ID-porten, Feide, Maskinporten, PAS, GSI, Basil, SvarUT and LMS tools. Those are EG-built product integrations, not a self-serve write catalog. Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate and n8n had no Vigilo connector on 2026-08-31. Vendor documentation does not settle first-party MCP ownership.
