Can AI agents automate Samordna opptak?

Samordna opptak is automatable today as Sikt's institution-gated SO WebServices file exchange, not as the FS GraphQL API. Sikt develops the systems behind Samordna opptak while HK-dir administers the admission. Named live systems are SODA (file exchange, diagnoses, admission run, statistics, letters, unpublished results, history) and SODB (fresh applications, documents, applicant messages). FS admissions modules and NVB are related, not this product. SO coordinates admission to 27 universities/university colleges and 23 fagskoler. FS user documentation operated by Sikt states that FS150.001 Import from SO contacts SO via SOWS (SO WebServices) and that FS151.001 Export to SO writes a file and sends it to SO via SOWS. System values record a SOWS URL, institution username (example sowshio), and password for file exchange. Access is limited to institutions in the coordinated admission. Public pages do not publish a general REST catalogue or OpenAPI for SODA/SODB. A successor programme (Fremtidens opptak / FS Opptak) is described as replacing the old platforms.
