Can AI agents automate UKG Pro WFM?

UKG Pro WFM is automatable today through the UKG Pro Workforce Management REST APIs, not as UKG Pro HCM, UKG Ready, Dayforce, or Quinyx. The Developer Hub publishes REST domains for Timekeeping, Timekeeping Timecards, Scheduling, Attendance, Leave, Forecasting, Employee Self-Service, Information Access, People, and related WFM areas. Timecards can be retrieved and updated as an employee or manager: GET and POST /v1/timekeeping/timecard, plus multi_read. Updates cover punches, paycode edits, transfers, exceptions, and annotations. Authentication is UKG Authentication against audience https://wfm.ukg.net/api. Tokens are minted at https://welcome-us.ukg.net/oauth/token. Authorization Code is the preferred interactive flow. ROPC is the default for current clients that must act as a named employee or manager. Client Credentials is the non-interactive flow for scheduled jobs and is bound to a Function Access Profile; it does not carry user-specific audit context. Client IDs are tenant-specific. UKG Webhooks can push Pro WFM events, including TimecardPunchChangeEvent, to a customer endpoint with optional HMAC. The free webhook tier covers 10,000 notifications per calendar month; the Premium REST subscription API is a paid upgrade. iHub maps WFM data to other applications and is not scored as Zapier or Power Automate. First-party MCP ownership is not established. Official SDKs and a product CLI were not established. Computer-use viability is unassessed.
