Can AI agents automate Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is automatable today through the CJA REST APIs and an Adobe-hosted MCP server. This record is CJA data views and Analysis Workspace on Adobe Experience Platform data, not Adobe Analytics report suites. Adobe states the CJA APIs can perform almost any UI action, including connections, data views, reports, filters, and calculated metrics, at cja.adobe.io. Callers authenticate with Adobe IMS OAuth 2.0 as an interactive user or as OAuth server-to-server. JWT is retired. No official CJA client library was established on opened pages. First-party MCP is at https://cja-mcp.adobe.io/mcp with tools for data views, dimensions, metrics, ranked and trended reports, segments, audiences, date ranges, and workspace projects. MCP Access is the same Admin Console permission used by Adobe Analytics MCP; the server enforces UI permissions and does not cover admin data-view edits or scheduled reports. CJA-specific webhooks and iPaaS connectors were not established. Computer-use viability is unassessed. API scores 8 and is the best path; MCP is official and useful but permission-gated.
