Can AI agents automate Microsoft Power Automate?

Microsoft Power Automate is automatable as a first-party RPA and low-code automation platform. Desktop flows drive Windows and web UIs through UIA, MSAA, or UIA3 Raw selectors, with image or coordinate input as fallbacks. The Dataverse Web API lists, schemas, triggers, cancels, and reads desktop-flow runs (workflow category 6, RunDesktopFlow, flowsession), including attended or unattended runMode. Cloud flows in Solutions are stored as Dataverse workflow category 5 and can be created, updated, and shared through the same Web API or the Dataverse SDK for .NET. Microsoft says api.flow.microsoft.com is unsupported and that My Flows are not manageable with code. A separate Power Platform API lists cloud flows at api.powerplatform.com. The first-party Power Automate Management connector creates, updates, turns on or off, and administers flows inside Power Automate itself. That is the product managing itself, not a Zapier or n8n connector into Power Automate; those two catalogs had no Power Automate app on 2026-08-31. Make.com was not readable. Process mining sits on the same product home page. Access is environment- and license-gated (Premium and Process SKUs). First-party MCP ownership for Power Automate is not established. Computer-use viability is unassessed.
