Can AI agents automate Oracle E-Business Suite?

Oracle E-Business Suite is automatable today through Integrated SOA Gateway, not through a first-party MCP server established for this suite. Native interfaces in Oracle Integration Repository can be generated and deployed as SOAP services described by WSDL and, for supported types, as REST services described by WADL at http(s)://{host}:{port}/webservices/rest/{service-alias}. PL/SQL APIs, concurrent programs, and business service objects can be both SOAP and REST. Java bean services, application module services, open interface tables, and open interface views can be REST. Java APIs for Forms are no longer serviceable. REST methods depend on interface type, including POST and GET for PL/SQL and GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE for inbound open interface tables. REST authentication is HTTP Basic or a session token from the security Login service. SOAP authentication is UsernameToken in the wsse:Security header; SAML sender-vouches is also documented. Calls still need function-security grants, RBAC, and often MOAC context such as Responsibility and Org_Id. ISA must be configured and each interface deployed before it is callable. Oracle continues to invest in EBS and to host it on OCI while steering some customers to Fusion Cloud ERP. iPaaS catalogs were not opened. Computer-use viability is unassessed.
