Maventa REST and SOAP APIs for e-invoicing

Maventa e-invoicing and document exchange is automatable through its REST API, which Maventa recommends for new work. A legacy SOAP API remains for existing integrations and does not receive the new features. REST authentication is OAuth 2.0 client credentials at POST /oauth2/token. Company calls send client_id, client_secret, and vendor_api_key. Operator calls send client_id and client_secret. The returned bearer token authorises the REST methods. Test hosts include https://ax-stage.maventa.com/ and production hosts include https://ax.maventa.com/. Testing credentials require a partner account from integrations@maventa.com. Production requires a signed Maventa Integration Agreement, and test keys do not work in production. Country and route limits apply, including simulated sends for some consumer, email, and print routes. The integration guide treats webhook delivery as part of a production-ready integration. Maventa provides Java and C# reference implementations. On 2026-10-06 the public site at https://www.maventa.com/ presented the service as Inexchange, while documentation.maventa.com still names Maventa and Visma.net AutoInvoice and points status to status.visma.com.
