eSett is automatable today as the Nordic imbalance-settlement operator for Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, not as Nord Pool or Elhub. Production machine access opened in this pass is the SOAP Information Service. Requests use a WS-Security username and password from an Online Service account with External Interface rights, plus firewall allowlisting. The service returns settlement time series as ENTSO-E XML. eSett is replacing SOAP with a read-only REST API built on OpenAPI. REST is in test as of 2026-09-14; production rollout is planned for October 2026; Information Service continues until after May 2027. Writes stay on existing ECP/EDX, SMTP, SFTP, and HTTPS channels.
