Can AI agents automate Lime CRM?

Lime CRM is automatable through tenant-specific REST APIs. Limetype, Limeobject, File, and Query APIs run over HTTPS and support metadata discovery, create, update, delete, file access, and complex reads. Available endpoints follow each application's custom data model, so interactive docs live at /api/v1/docs/ on the tenant. Authentication is an API key bound to an API-type user created in LISA; the key user cannot sign in through a client, and group policies still apply. Lime Cloud limits requests to 3,000 per 5 minutes per IP; on-prem limits are configurable. Webhooks subscribe to new, update, delete, and restore events when the lime-webhooks add-on is present. Adaptations are written in Python at application level, and Lime Web Components extend the web client. The product runs in Lime cloud or on customer servers, with a web client and a Windows desktop client. No first-party MCP server was established. iPaaS catalogs were not opened. Computer-use viability is unassessed.
