Can AI agents automate Firefly?

Firefly is automatable today through the Firefly v2 API and the hosted MCP V2 gateway. This record is the Firefly AI cloud asset and infrastructure-as-code platform at firefly.ai. It is not Firefly III and not Fireflies. API v1 is deprecated as of 13 April 2026. The v2 base URL is https://api.firefly.ai/v2/, and the index lists inventory, codification, workflows, policy, events, backup, and audit sections. The auth page says the API supports JWT and Basic authentication and that callers create an Access Key and Secret Key. IAM examples send Authorization Bearer. The login request body is inside an OpenAPI widget that did not render in this pass, so those field names are not repeated here. MCP V2 is the current agent path, at https://mcpv2.firefly.ai/mcp for the US app and https://mcpv2.eu.firefly.ai/mcp for the EU app, using X-access-Key and X-secret-Key. The older MCP integration page says it will be deprecated on 30 April 2026. A connected client may show 63 tools rather than the full gateway set. No CLI page was opened. Connector catalogs were not opened. Computer-use viability is unassessed. API and MCP both score 7. API is the best path because it is the contract the gateway forwards.
