Can AI agents automate eFormidling?

eFormidling is automatable today as Digdir's national message-exchange middleware, not as KS Fiks SvarUt and not as Altinn. From integrasjonspunkt 3.0.0 the local endpoint exposes one eFormidling 2 JSON API for send, receive, and status, independent of process, document type, and channel. The integrasjonspunkt is installed at the organisation or its supplier and routes through KS SvarUt/SvarInn, Altinn Digital Post, Digital Post til Innbyggere, eFormidling's own message service, or eInnsyn after a central address-service capability lookup. The JSON API defaults to HTTP Basic and can use HTTPS; webhooks are a documented supplement that do not guarantee delivery after restart or client outage. Production use needs a virksomhetssertifikat, a running integrasjonspunkt, and Digdir onboarding. DPO is cost-free; DPV, DPF, and DPI follow their own channel prices. Running without an integrasjonspunkt is documented as possible but not recommended. Vendor documentation does not settle first-party MCP ownership. No official client SDK, general CLI, or computer-use probe was established.
