Can AI agents automate e-Avrop?

e-Avrop is automatable today through the documented Pabliq monitoring API, with a separately declared but unpublished buyer-side API. This record is Antirio's Swedish e-Avrop advertisement database and tendering tool, including the Pabliq add-on named on the same pages. It is not Mercell TendSign or Visma Proceedo. Antirio, formerly e-Avrop AB, presents e-Avrop as a cloud procurement system and registered notice database. Supplier search and a bidding account are free. Pabliq is the paid cross-platform monitoring service. The Pabliq developer portal documents a read-only REST API for enterprise customers with a data plan: GET /api/procurement-feed/v1, procurement files, and saved searches. Authentication is a static access token created in the Pabliq UI and sent as Authorization: Bearer. Rate limits are 20 feed and saved-search requests per hour and 100 file requests per hour. Buyer marketing pages state APIs for all data in the procurement system and the contract database, and help notes mention an Avtals API and SFTP zip export, but those pages do not publish authentication or endpoints. First-party MCP ownership is not established. Computer-use viability is unassessed.
