Can AI agents automate DUBU?

DUBU is automatable only as a gated Danish municipal child-welfare integration, not as Visma Flyt Barnevern, Modulus Barn, or KMD Nexus. KOMBIT owns the joint-municipal product; Netcompany develops and operates DUBU 3.0. Two machine surfaces are documented. The DUBU klient API is a versioned REST interface at www.dubu.dk/api/{version} for third-party client software that already has a DUBU browser session via KOMBIT Context Handler. It can fetch activity and case metadata, store a document on an activity, and register Digital Post dispatch. It is not server-to-server. Connecting SF1475 requires KOMBIT plus a Netcompany service request that names the applying system's Funktionscertifikat. Dialog integration is a form POST hop into a case or document in the UI. The 2018 klient specification points at a SwaggerHub OpenAPI URL that did not serve a readable contract in this pass, so live OpenAPI coverage is unconfirmed. First-party MCP ownership is not established. Computer-use viability is unassessed. API scores 4 and is the best path.
