Can AI agents automate Webex?

Webex is automatable today through the Webex REST APIs. The APIs are RESTful on https://webexapis.com/v1/ and need a Webex account backed by Cisco Webex Common Identity. Callers send Authorization Bearer. Production apps use OAuth 2.0 authorization-code; personal access tokens expire 12 hours after Developer Portal sign-in and should not be used in production. First-party Suite MCP is hosted at https://mcp.webexapis.com/mcp/webex-suite. It exposes 25 tools across Meetings, Messaging, Vidcast, and Calling. Cisco describes that surface as basic Suite functionality. An organisation admin must enable the server in Control Hub under Apps → Agentic Apps. MCP auth is a Webex OAuth Bearer token and requires the spark:mcp scope plus product scopes. Cisco-onboarded third-party MCP servers are outside this product boundary. Webhooks are HTTP POST callbacks registered through the Webhooks API and are disabled after 100 failed 2xx deliveries in five minutes. This record excludes Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Official language SDKs and a product CLI were not established from the opened pages. Computer-use viability is unassessed. API scores 8 and is the best path because it does not require Control Hub Agentic Apps enablement.
