Can AI agents automate UiPath Automation Cloud?

UiPath Automation Cloud is an RPA and agent platform. Robots run Studio workflows that drive other desktop and web UIs through selectors, simulate or window-message input, or hardware events. Image and OCR are documented as last resort. UI Automation does not run under a locked screen; unattended Service Mode is the path when no user is logged in. That is the platform's core capability and the highest scored path. Agents can also automate the platform itself through the Orchestrator OData REST API with OAuth 2.0 External Apps, Swagger at /orchestrator_/swagger/index.html, and an official Python SDK. Integration Service APIs are not exposed via Swagger. Official UiPath CLI (uip) is public preview. First-party MCP hosting in Orchestrator exposes RPA workflows, agents, API workflows, Maestro processes, and Integration Service activities as MCP tools at https://cloud.uipath.com/{org}/{tenant}/agenthub_/mcp/{folderKey}/{slug}. Feature availability depends on the cloud offering. Integration Service-backed MCP tools need user-context OAuth. Microsoft lists a UiPath Preview Power Automate connector for jobs and queue items.
