Grafana k6 is automatable today through the k6 command-line interface. This record is the k6 load-testing tool and the experimental grafana/mcp-k6 server. It is not Grafana dashboards, Loki, Tempo, or Mimir. k6 run script.js executes a test locally. k6 run --vus 10 --duration 30s sets virtual users and duration. Scripts are JavaScript. k6 new creates a script. The same docs show local execution, a Kubernetes TestRun, and k6 cloud run for Grafana Cloud k6. k6 run --out json=test_results.json writes metric and point lines as JSON. Grafana Labs publishes an experimental MCP server at github.com/grafana/mcp-k6. Tools validate a script, run a local test, and read k6 documentation. The README says the project is experimental and that test execution runs k6 on the server's machine. Docker image grafana/mcp-k6 includes k6. A separate k6 management API was not opened, so the API path stays unassessed.
