Can AI agents automate Fullstory?

Fullstory is automatable today through a first-party hosted MCP and a public Server API. This record is Fullstory digital-experience analytics (segments, metrics, funnels, journeys, session transcripts, and StoryAI Opportunities), including the hosted MCP at https://api.fullstory.com/mcp/fullstory. It is not Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, Pendo, or Fullstory for Customer Agents. Help Center copy says the analytics MCP is available to paying customers after an org admin enables it under Settings > Account Management > StoryAI Features. Developer docs still mark Fullstory MCP as beta/Early Access without standard support SLAs. Auth is OAuth by default, or an API key as Authorization Bearer. Regional hosts are api.eu1.fullstory.com and api.na1.fullstory.com. The server cannot programmatically save segments or metrics; compute results return unsaved UI links. Fine-grained access control is not supported. Rate limit is 3 requests per second per org. The Server API V2 at api.fullstory.com authenticates with Authorization: Basic {API_KEY}. V2 is documented as capture-first (POST /v2/users and /v2/events). Viewing or exporting user data needs an Architect key on Enterprise. Quota overages return 429. Vendor pricing names webhooks and a free FullstoryFree plan. Connector catalogs were not opened. Computer-use viability is unassessed. API and MCP each score 6. MCP is the best path because it is the documented analytics-query surface; V2 REST is still ingest-first.
