Can AI agents automate Bluebeam Revu?

Bluebeam Revu is automatable today through the Studio REST API, not through a first-party desktop command surface we could confirm. Studio is the cloud collaboration environment tied to Revu. The public API at regional hosts such as https://api.bluebeam.com/publicapi/v1/ is documented for Sessions: create a session, add PDFs, invite or add users, and finalize. Markups endpoints are out of beta. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 authorization code only; every call runs as a user. Access tokens last 60 minutes. Refresh tokens require the offline_access scope and expire if unused for seven days. Developer Portal access needs an active Core, Complete, or Max plan. Basics cannot create Projects or Sessions. New apps start in Sandbox and need emailed Production approval. Revu itself is a Windows 10/11 64-bit desktop application; plans also include Bluebeam on web and mobile. In-product Revu scripts and PDF JavaScript automate stamps, batch processing, and forms inside the desktop app. Those are not a documented general CLI. Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, and n8n had no Revu connector on 2026-08-31. First-party MCP ownership is not established. Computer-use viability is unassessed.
